Running Wrong Tire Size???
Gents,
The '06 Train I just got a few weeks ago has a 200/50/17 Metzeler ME 880 out back and I think it looks great but it will need to be replaced fairly soon. I know stock size is a 200/55/17. Now my bike has been lowered at least 2" front and back so a taller 55 tire might cause some issues. Is it a safe idea to replace with the same Metzeler I have now OR I have read the right Metz is actually a 210/50/17. Also the PSI is at 34-35 frame says 40 but that's for the stock size..........geez!!

also a add on, when shopping new tires ran across this "Full Bore" made in the USA tire in my 200/50/17 size for half the cost of a Metzeler and has the look of a Metz. could i run this tire or is it for rockets only?

Great traction but wore out too fast. Looked way cool also. Last time I got that good of a deal on a front ME880 the date code showed it to be 3 years old.

4300-4700. I liked the Pirelli night dragons better. Got 7600 on those. Just put the Michilin Comander II because it boasts double tire life?
