Ok so right now I'm really not happy. I got my BR bars on and the 1" section for the grips and controls are about 3/8" too long. I will have a gap and things won't mount flush to the 1.5" part of the bars. What should I do? Try to cut them off with something like a pipe cutter?
Also, the upper brake line for my ABS is too short and the fittings are not the same at the bottom that connects to ABS module. Can someone tell me the specs for the upper brake line so I can get the right one ordered?
I was hoping to be riding tomorrow but guess that's not going to happen. Pissed off!!
I cut mine with a pipe cutter when I did the internal throttle. Get a good one for cutting 1.5 or larger pipe. It takes awhile, but leaves a nice square edge.

Well count your blessing they are not 3/8 too short....right.. common sense should prevail and lead you in the direction to cut them to proper size.
