Had the same happen to me. Posted the same problem on our Oz HD forum and got the easy way to remedy. Start the bike and let it run for 5 or so minutes so the pipes are hot. Wipe the burnt in rubber on the exhaust with an ice cream stick and walla all gone! Yep this 100% works, Is quick and easy and there will be nothing left.
