Default Wheel Chock for my Night Train

Hello everyone,
I'm looking at purchasing a wheel chock for my Night Train because I need to haul it in my enclosed trailer. There are so many options and different styles I'm not sure what to go with. I'd like to keep it under $200 but want the chock to last, and of course I want it to reliably keep the bike shiny side up. Any suggestions?

Your tie downs are what will keep the bike up, IMO the chock helps hold the bike up while you strap it down. I rarely trailer, only for major repairs when I can't find a ride, and if it's broken down, but about half of those times I haven't even used a chock. I had a removable chock in my dump trailer that was great because when I didnt need it, it came right out just leaving two plates on the trailer floor. Picked it up at the local tow shop for about $40. Good luck!

I've always just used the ratchet style tie downs. collapse the front forks, two in the front and two in the back.. good to go.

were you thinking of bolting a front tire chock down on the floor? I'm careful around those too because of scratching that front rim.

Don't have one but this search turned up these.

The Condor looks like a good one for $150.

Got locking chocks at harbor freight for around $40 and they were great on my deluxe and the mans flhp. Only complaint...mars on my whitewalls. Have used chocks that didn't bolt to the floor...quick release...and the chock fell off during travel. Its all about the way you strap it. Could habe been uglybut good thing we know how to strap her right.

The plan was to bolt it to the trailer floor and remove it when not in use. I thought if I get the correct one I could use it in my driveway also when I'm washing the bike or working on it. I planned on strapping it also. I figure if I'd have to hit the brakes hard while towing it would help the bike from coming thru the trailer and into my tailgate.
I am just having a problem understanding the difference from a $40 dollar chock and a $200 dollar chock.
Thanks for the replys so far I appreciate it. I'll check out the two that were mentioned so far.
