Hey homer,
I'm 5'7 and looking at getting the 16" gangster on my Fatboy Lo and a bit worried they might be too tall.
Problem is I'm in Australia and we have no dealer that sells them so I'm stuck with what I get. 14" might be the way to go I guess. 1.50 thick with Carlini risers.

I'm 5'11", 16" 1.50" gangster, 1.5 risers. They fit me just above the shoulder. I was going to get the 14"/1.25 but the indy talk me out of it, he said you will wish you got the 16" if you got the 14". Very happy I listen to him.

Has anyone put gangster apes on a '14 roadking w/ a CVO windshield? Reason the windshield is in the mix is because it curves back and the gangster apes curve back and then forth. I'm 5'10 and have a CVO seat low profile seat... I had 12" apes on my 08 street glide and those were almost perfect. Idk if 14"s would be too much or perfect.

what's up everybody.... I am about to be in the same boat... I picked up an 06 Heritage Classic and ditching all the studded leather that's on it to go more west coast with it... I think with the seat on it now I am leaning to 16's but something tells me when I take the bon jovi seat off and put on a dif seat I will lean towards 14's - I am 5'8"
