+1 on the stock exhaust. If you're keeping the stock pipes that will limit you quite a bit. Especially if you are looking for much capacity. I'd stick to new ones from HD or maybe Boss bags or Leather Pros if you have the budget.
For the roadking bags you would have to move the blinkers next to the tail light and the ones I have seen need a support rack mounted on the bike as well. I was looking into this but didn't want to make the changes.
