I did a search but I can't seem to find what I need. Either there is nothing or I'm just messing up.
Either way...
My rear tire has 12k on it and will last maybe the next month. I ride around 500mi/week. I was wondering if I should buy another Harley tire or should I get an aftermarket tire, such as Avon?
If I go aftermarket I'll buy the front and rear to match them. I would like ideas or options. Thanks in advance, you guys have yet to let me down. It's great to be a part of this community.

I have used Avon Cobra's and very happy with them. I'm getting ready to swap out the rear again, have over 12k on the rear and still a thousand or so left in it
12k is really good for a stock rear Lop tire.
only better ones I've read about is the lops E3 and the new Michelin Commander 11 which is claiming 2x the miles vs the Metz 880.
On my Heritage the 401 rear are averaging 10k and the 402 fronts are going 20k.
I'll need new rubber on both this summer at around 40K. The new Commander ll's is what I am ordering for Dennis Kirks and have the local INDY do the install.
