Ok...what's your guys' thoughts on doing the below this year?
Relocate license plate below brake light
Swap out air cleaner (pending if I can sell mine for a decent buck)
Swap out handlebars for black carlini flying gangsters (pending if I can sell mine for a decent buck)
Change grips to chrome
Drop the front end
Swap out badge on tank with the nostaligic HD badges
Swap out 39" pipes for 36" and get them PC black?
Mind you guys', i'm not looking to dump a whole lot more money into this year after what i've spend haha
I would not waste the time, effort or money on switching from 39's to 36's .You will not even notice the difference.
Here is a thought on the WW .Since you have new tires and wheels You can just send Tab (DB Tires) Your current tires and have him add the WW to them. That should run less than 2 Bills. Last time I checked I thought Tab said 75.00 per tire to add WW. Little extra labor for you and down time with the bike. But may be an option.
The new bars ,A/C and WW would pull it all together with out the expense of new paint IMHO.

I think before you go too deep into those mods (which seem low impact to me) you could spend just as much on whitewalls.
NC D'luxe is right. I think you'd be surprised at how much of an impact you'd make with WW's. Then, afterwards, take stock and see what you want to change.
Unless whitewalls are completed off the table ever for you, I think you may be chasing your tail. Ride the snot out of that bike, and save for the tires. If you had a poll, that'd be my vote.
(I think your list would be great stuff to do, but I don't think it will makeover the bike as you're trying to do. I don't see the impact being too huge.)

As I said earlier, it's just crying out for its WW's! You can do all this & it still not look right!
Have you still got your old wheels? If so swop them back on, then send the tyres off your RW's to have the WW put on? Surely that can't cost too much? That's obviously if the tyres are still good?
Think it looks good as is. Maybe solid color paint isntead of 2 tone, but why bother. I have never seen one set up like yours. For a minute I thought yoru wheels were alternating chrome and black spokes. Now that would be something.
+1 on the whitewalls comment. I love the look of your bike, but I would add the whitewalls and the headlight nacelle. Other than that, leave her alone!

The only thing that has changes since these pics, is I took the reflectors off.
(excuse the ol' man on the bike, it's my dad haha)
