Default 2012 rear shock adjustment

I have searched and read a number of post on this forum and other about this adjustment, got a spanner wrench off JP Cycle and headed to the garage to knock this out this morning. However my shock does not have an adjuster plate. I have adjusted a number of dirt bikes and a few Yamaha road bikes, however never a Harley. Immediately behind the nut on my bike is the shock, simply know where to put the spanner tool. Anyone know if this is true of the newer bikes and if so how do you adjust them?

Same here as far as adjusting them,, I told the dealer the were too soft when we rode two up at the 1K service.
They done it at no charge, they also adjusted the driving light which is a pain without that special socket to tighten them back up.
