Default Heritage Front SIgnals

I had alot of work done at the dealer last week what a f--- up, I am trying to correct things one step at a time. Is there an easy way to correct the front turn signals, without pulling them out of there housing, they have them reversed. Is there a wiring harness upstream, a plug in that can be reversed.Thanks.

Nope, all the wires go back to one plug if I remember correctly. Sounds like they pulled all of the pins out of the connector and put them on the wrong side when it went back in.

Thanks for the reply, I am trying to wrap my head around what they did here. They would not have removed the lights from the light bar,and I see the plug right in front of the gas tank that they all plug into, easy removal of the light bar. Why they would have screwed around with the electrical connection who knows.

What kind of work did they do to the bike. I've had my whole front end and gas tank off and I can't imagine what they could've done that would reverse the signals, especially just the front ones. I thought a switch problem but that would effect the rear signals too.

I did have alot of things done at once, I am starting to see that was a major mistake. The electrical things i had done were the boom audio, and the Nacelle( i think there is some splicing involved). It will go back to the dealer, but right now I am more concerned that I drove around for a week with no Transmission Fluid, they must have drained it when they put on the new cable and did not refill it.

I have no Idea what's causing Ur problem.
But, Here's what I do now to prevent issues.

I learned after my 1 k service that everytime anybody works on my bike I go over the bike with the ticket writer and note every flaw I have.
Then before I pay the bill I have the person collecting the money or someone at the shop go over my bike again with me to make sure that nothing new shows up and all it well.

I do that at both my Dealer and Indy.

In Ur case if my bike had a issue after they worked on it and I didn't find it before leaving I'd call the service dept up and explain what's going on and let them correct the problem.

Man I wouldnt F***k around take that thing back to the dealer and show them everything. I myself wouldnt have put tranny fluid back in I would have trailered it back to them and showed them that too, whos to say you didnt shorten the life of the tranny now because of their mistake. That sucks that happened to you, but im here to tell you that they will probably make up some bullshit story as to what happened, it seems to be the same ole story anymore make an excuse or blame someone else for their f***up. Let us know what happens .

Some good advice there, you just naturally assume the dealer will not be that incompetent. I know exactly what the problem was, when it went in on Monday the 14th,they discovered every one of the Diamond back cables was wrong, so the guy who started the work was not the same guy who finished the work on Friday. The Head guy must have done the Front end,Nacelle, and boom audio which were done flawlessly, his helpers must have finished the rest .Most of it is minor in a sense, but how can you forget to put tranny fluid in. I do not think they will argue the point, because they even phoned me during the week to see what was in there it was Spectro red colored. I will try to get an extended warranty on the Transmission and all related parts, I think that is fair, if no damage has occured it won:t cost them anything.

All week with oil in tranny,, how many miles is all week to U, 5 or 500 miles???

I don't know how long a tranny would go without oil, but I'd think it wouldn't be very long..

This is what you get today for $80-$90 an hour. Damn shame.
