So, if I understand correctly, you're trying to get rid of the controls and foot boards and replace them with a forward control unit as found on a Softail Standard, Night Train, Deuce, etc.?
Yes machinistmate, I have original foot board setup now and want to put extended forward controls on. I was hoping I could use my brake and shifter levers but I called a Harley shop today and they said I cannot use anything other than the master cylinder.
AH-HA! So now you're in the market for forward controls. Hundreds out there. Maybe the guys in here will post some pics and reviews of theirs to help you make a decision. I'm running stock stuff. Perhaps if you take a look on EBay, you can find a set of aftermarket to your liking/budget, or a set of stock take-offs and the Arlen Ness extender kits to suit your wants/needs. Prices and styles to suit just about any taste.

Brake pedal you can't use but you can get away with the inner shift lever and arm if you really want to, forwards the shifter arm is a L shape which picks it up a little higher to be out of the way of your foot.
You can use the bracket extensions on the boards as well, only thing that would be nice about that is if it pitched the boards back to you a little bit so it wasn't such an angle on the ankles.
