The timeline, lead time is weeks beyond their deadline.

 

Just because you ordered a part, that doesn't make it magically appear on the shelf! Being a retailer usually means at one point or another you are at the mercy of your suppliers. Just because a shop is getting jerked off by a supplier doesn't mean you need to get in behind them and shove it in dry by posting damaging remarks about them for all to see.

I run a retail parts shop (not in the Cycle industry) and have dealt with instances like this. Some people just can't be pleased.

Just kind of sucks for them. I hope you own or run a business that deals with the public. Then maybe someone will **** you over by posting some bullshit and you can see how it feels....
