screamin eagle deuce seat
anyone have one of these? Are they comfortable and worth the $300+ most people want for them?
also anyone know if the passenger portion detaches???

I sold mine the week I brought my deuce home! I thought it was the most uncomfortable seat I have ever been on, I got a ton of money for mine, and I would have sold it for a cup of coffee. I say stay away!! it is one piece

Thanks that's what I was wondering. It's a good looking seat and looks comfortable. Figure being screamin eagle it would be good quality but doesn't sound like that was your experience.

I run two seats. One is a Sundowner that came on the bike when I bought it and the other is a Lepera Bare Bones. The Sundowner doesn't exactly flow with the bike, but it's super comfortable and is on the bike for longer trips. The Bare Bones looks great and is good enough for around towning it or shorter rides.

the texture on mine's a lil' different...dimpled, on part of it. Got the Sundowner seat as well....don't like the way it looks on the bike,better for a pasenger,though.....
Far as comfort....I'm 'bout 6'3",and prolly 209-211 after 6 eggs,1/2# bacon,gravy w/biscuits,hashbrowns....and a waffle....and coffee.....an' I've done some 350+ mile days,with a few water/smoke breaks no problem.....
I'd say comfortable....and 300 bux?.....dunno 'bout that price,but ta buy 1 without the CVO VIN#.....you'd have ta get 1 from somebody sell'n it..... S'pose ta be a strap accross the crack between seat/passenger pad.....ain't much.....few tugs and they're gone'rs......

CVO stuff is over priced, that being people who have them think they are gold, just like the fools who bought anniverery bike for "collecting". They think they are gold like a pan or a 45, prolly in 50 years they might be collectable, when there is no gas left.....lol
you see these an egay all the time, guys selling cvo mufflers for 3-500 bucks.....yeah right moron....
of course there are people who dont know and spend the money, not me, for 300 bucks you can get a nice looking saddle custom made with different hides that will feel better and look better.
edit.... of course the dual disc legs on the cvo are something to look for, and a few of the more exotic cvo parts, they are worth some cash
