looks like a rsd wheel but in a 5 spoke instead of 10

That appears to be the Performance Machine Factor wheel.

Coastal I Googled the PM factor wheel and you are correct, but I tried looking up the wheel on PM's website and I cannot find it anywhere. I did find two wheels the rival and the element that look similar. Do you know if they make that wheel anymore? Thanks everyone for all of your help.

They did discontinue the Factor. If you are in the market for wheels take a look at my website and give me a call with whatever you like and I will work you up a deal.

They may be the HD roadwinder wheel that was custom painted. Not sure.
