8000 miles this season riding through boston, thunderheader and bright *** light strobing have kept me alive. Every day is a new adventure riding with cagers, some are good, some are bad, sucks to be a constant target, but great to see their faces when you fly by them in bumper to bumper
Haven't been on in a few months (obviously the bike is gone), and I appreciate everyone's comments, both positive and negative.
As for those who are saying that I am letting others dictate how I live my life, I don't think you could be further from the truth.
As my parents only remaining child, I don't want to put them in the position of having to bury me beside my two brothers. I am deciding to live my life in a way to prevent that from happening.
a wise man told me that the best way to make money on a harley was to roll it into a corner of the garage and sell it later. Not sure what he meant by this but Ive never stopped riding.
A lot of arm chair quarter backing from some considering they were not involved or there themselves. Quite often normal for forums and key board jockeys.
If a guy decides to stop riding it's his choice and he should do it on his terms no matter what anyone thinks about it.
We have all experienced bad drivers and the cell phone use and texting is out of control out there. You have to make the decision that is right for you and your family. I see you sold your bike hope you got a good price for it.
Best of luck to you.

Ok, all true, but he should just leave the forum and never look back. We are bikers, and he is not any longer. to come one here and whine, then ask how much should he ask for his bike. He deserves ridicule.
