Hey guys I have an fxst, its blacked out and looks more like a night train now. Wondering if anyone has any pics of white walls on a night train? Or even on an fxst? I like the old school look that comes with white walls. Just trying to see if I like it before I go that route. Thanks
Here is a picture of schaub85's bike. You should go to the Night Train picture thread and browse around. Lots of great looking trains that might give you ideas for your fxst. But bring your wallet. lol
very cool with the red wheels. I've actually been on the night train forum and you're right, tons of ideas, but havent come across a bike that looks close enough to mine with white walls yet. thanks for posting!
Been thinking about going this route on my next tire change. Let us know if you pull the trigger and post some pics! Google images has a bunch of good pics as was stated above.
Or, you could stop the photoshop section with a good side pic and see if one of the guys can photoshop some white walls for ya. It'll give you a pretty good ides what it'll look like.
I just saw a bike like this in the parking lot of a dealer nearby. I, for one do not need to tell folks that I am a white wall fan (you can plainly see that I am). That said, white walls do not suit all bikes equally. The look of the whitewalls on the bike above has some real retro 70's vibe (especially with the red and gold paint scheme), but I am not convinced that the white walls work well with the character of this model of H-D.
I do think that it is unique, and catches the eye. It does feel, in person, like an afterthought, not like it is an integrated part of the look.
