I've read that the speedo needs relocated even for some after-market bar swaps.
I'm not really a fan of mounting the speedo off to the side like we do with the Sportsters.
Everything is fixable with money, of course.
Here is a few bar solutions that don't require moving the speedo.

I like the Heritage Classic because you can do so much to customize it and then just slap the windshield and/or bags on and have a decent long distance bike. I've seen some great lookers with single seats, custom wheels, no bags, etc.

Had an 06 nitetrain didnt like how it handled had an 11 fatboy didnt like the way the 200 mm tire made it handle think the MC made a mistake with the 200mm currently owne a 04 fatboy and love it handles great and just as fast as the 11 if i were you i would rent a few different bikes than make a choice. It will save you money in the long run and youll make an educated choice good luck.

To be honest I don't know much about the 200mm rear tire, just that it seems HD switched to it on some late model bikes and that some guys are even converting their bikes to it.

I've read everything from the tire wears faster to it handles worse.

I think it is always a combination of chrome and black. Black is bad because of chrome and chrome only looks really bad against black. all black or all chrome with no black is just there. Doesn't do much for me.

That's my 2cents brothers. Go for a springer is my opinion. You can make it big or stripped down and hard!

I cannot get a Night Train because every time I looked at it this song would automatically play in my head and that would drive me insane...
