I love the ride of my Softail Deluxe and it is the lowest sitting bike in the Harley line-up. I would recommend you finding a 96B instead of the 103 as I personally am not a fan of it.
USED to be the lowest. Now the Fat Boy Lo and I think the Slim are lower. My ex is trading in her '12 Sporty and buying the Slim.
