new tire went flat
Just had a new rear tire put on[tube style] wednesday-- my bad by not checking before heading out fri-- 100 miles later ,flat tire--how would you guys deal with the dealership on this, I know if there is something in the tire i,m SOL, but seems like they may have pinched the tube. Inspecting tire over ,cant physically see anything in it. Any suggestions or prior history would help. Bringing it on a trailer to dealer today[sun].

I'd tell the dealer that you came out today for a ride and noticed the tire was low. Let them tell you that it wasn't their fault. Also tell them you want the old tube. If it was their fault they will own up to it.

thanks for the replies-- I ran windshield wash fluid from the gas station I got air from around tire and the valve stem was fine but the air was leaking from the 3 or 4 spokes on the rim adjacent to the stem-- making me believe they pinched the tube or just a defective tube-- put fix a flat in just to get to gas station[ probably not good idea] and this am the green slime is coming out the 3 spoke areas at rim?Sitting on my buddies trailer at the moment--just called dealer--CLOSED TODAY fk

Same thing happen to me. Replaced tire on a Friday and came out the next morning and it was flat. Called the dealer and they came, picked the bike up and fixed it. In this case they pinched the tube on install. Not happy about it but they made it right.
