I have a 07 FXST. My question is I'm planning on going with 18-20 inch hangers, how much longer do I need to with my cables and brake line any info will be great. Thanks

+1. HCC. They use Motion Pro cables in their kits. Good stuff...

when you get the handlebar kit from hcc, do they give you HD controls or aftermarket controls?

usually +12 fits the 18's all day. There can be some variances that need to be considered on a lot of bars. So keep that in mind.

+1...it's best to test fit the bars and measure the gap you need to cover. Better safe than sorry.

Probly aftermarket, but what real difference does it make? You getting new controls? Going chrome instead of black? I just ordered an ape kit with cables and wires and used my old controls. Much cheaper that way, but yes, more work...
