Default how many is too many?

Have been looking at getting an EVO scoot and just wondering how many miles is too many? I know its in how well maintained it is but what number is the limit where you'd say "nope too many" thanks in advance....oh would be my only bike not just a weekend ride

Your probably better off posting this in the Evo forum, having said that they're said to be a near bullet proof engines and many have pretty high mileage, personally I think I'd draw the line at 50,000 miles, as you say it depends on the usual, how often it was serviced, how well it's been looked after,if you get one you'll have to be handy with a wrench or know a good independent as a Harley dealership won't want to know.

Good shape over all high miles low cost may beat rougher shape low miles. EVO's is not a costly engine to rebuild.
Cost-condition-model-over all appeal of the ride all come into play.
Mileage is just one part of the deal

As said above, very straight forward rebuilds. If you don't want to get your hands dirty, there is always an Indy that will work on it for you for not too much coin.
Personally, a strong puller with not-too-much-clatter sound and overall good shape, I'd consider a 90k bike without hesitation. IF it feels good when ridden, with that kind of mileage it has been taken care of. It should then be no issue for you to double the mileage.
