Are you talking on the axle? I've seen a few that way, but Most of us use the soft brake kit that puts it below the tombstone

I was talking down by the axle, but that does look pretty good the way you guys did yours. Did you guys get the relocation kits from harley or is that aftermarket?

It's an after market product www.softbrake.com.
Alot of people use the Radiantz LED plate frame along with the softbrake tombstone and bracket to light the plate when relocated.

Hope that helps

I've a side mount bracket I took off when I put my hard bags on. I'll make you a killer deal. Let me know if you'd like to see it, I can snap some pics.

They/we understand you meant side plate. He was explaining that most lux owners go with the soft brake instead of a side plate - mainly because it really suits the lux better and is real simple to do.

I went with the kuryakyn side mount. I just don't like a plate on my fender. Heres another one that I think looks good and it rotates, but expensive.

I like that one. I got to thinking though that probly wouldn't work if you put detachable saddlebags on would it?

I dont think it would work with bags. You may want to go with the mount below the tail light.
