Default LRS Question

I have the "clear" 19" shield on my Heritage. I have noticed it has a haze to it. It's really noticeable in the sunlight. It looks like a fogged up window. I've used NO harsh cleaners or chemicals.
Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue.

Thank you

I just put on the 17" medium tinted LRS shield on my Heritage and happy with it so far. No "fogged" look on my shield.

Contact them directly. I have seen a few posts about issues, and the owner seems like a standup guy and will fix the problem for you.

Mine does that too. You can wipe it with a damp microfiber cloth and remove it. I believe it's like car dashes/windshields. The polymers put off a gas that causes that haze. Probably normal.

Thanks for the replies.
LRS has gotten back to me. Sounds like this
is common, but mine is worse than most.

He said he wants pics so I'll park in the sun.

He said they'll exch it. Sounds good to me.

They've been great to deal with. They probl just need
to go to the material (Lexan or whatever) that Harley
uses.

I will try that microfiber towel idea. We have those here @ work.
