have a 1955 ****** jeep for sale, asking $8000.00, loaded, 350 balanced sbc and much much more. ive owned it for 20+years but dont use it anymore. guy has this 2006 softail, aftermarket frame but rest harley. says motor hardly has any miles on it. i already have a 90 softail thats done, but could store this better than my jeep. thoughts on what it might be worth.

 

It's probably worth a lot less than he wants for it. Why the aftermarket frame? Salvage title? Don't know enough to even guess -- need a lot more details.

 

Those "Special Builds" can be a crap shoot at best. You really have to trust the seller and take his word on everything!! I'd sell the the jeep and get a different bike. Not a pieced together one from left over parts, salvaged parts...

 

Not for a custom build. Maybe if it were titled as a Harley.
