Ill update with a thread soon, parts are arriving, and i should be finished the CAD design for the mount shortly. Going to make some prototype mock ups from plexi to make sure everything is where I want it to be, then send the drawings out to have it machined out of aluminum. I'll post pics along the way, hoping its a pretty straight forward project!

I used a blackline dash, filled in my fuel gauge hole, and relocated my ignition to right below the front of the left rear strut. I don't run a speedo.

Honkeylips: How long u been running no speedo? I've considered it but didnt know how hard it would be to get used to... Also, the dummy lights. I know I know you should be able to find nuetral without a light, but sometimes its not the easiest

Yup, jockey shift. I haven't had a speedo in a few years and don't miss it. You'd be surprised at how easy it is to gauge your speed (especially if there's traffic on the road). When I pass those radar speed limit signs that display your speed, I can always guess my speed within +/- 2mph. If you're on the highway with no traffic around, it can be tougher to gauge your speed, but other than that, no biggie.

I do have dummy lights. They are little LED lights on the back of the fork panel. In that pic, you can see two toggle switches (air ride switch and headlight lo/off/hi switch). Anyway, there are 3 small led lights next to those (oil, neutral, and check engine), they are just hard to see in that pic.

The speed is not that hard to judge. Mileage though, takes some more thought.

Fenres: I removed and trashed my dash, relocated my speedo and eliminated my fuel gauge/cap all together. I moved my ignition to where my horn was, bought a new speedo and relocated it to my rocker box. I then took my tank to a welder I know and he grinded the seam in the middle of the tank and filled in the gauge side. I know a guy who owns a collision shop and he took care of painting it for me. All said and done, the project cost $200 and three cases of beer.
