I think your questions have been answered. My opinion is that they are the best overall exhaust for softails. The look is classic and the power is adequate. As you can see from my sig I am Bias but it is just my opinion after all.

I just put 33" un-baffled S2-442 on my Deluxe. Sounds really good.

I've just swopped my V & H duals for Samson un-baffled 36" mini cholos - absolutely delighted with the change. Got the bike back from my Indy today and he'd managed to tweak another 10bhp on the Dyno. The Samson quality is as good or better than V & H, sound maybe a decibel or two louder (Or maybe wishful thinking!). IMHO the bends on the rear cylinder pipe are more subtle than V & H, and more accessible for cleaning. Also the fishtails are a far superior shape. All in all I'm a very happy bunny!!
