Man JR, that looks GREAT! Now if you could make and sell them, that would be even better! Lol
Thanks man!
I thought about that. I did the original design in a CAD program, and was going to have it CNC'd. The setup cost was way high, but if purchased in bulk (20+), the average price per bracket was around $30. Was planning on ordering 20, but decided to save some $$ and just make this first one myself. The LED's were relatively inexpensive as was the speedo, so all told the cost to me was pretty low compared to what the aftermarket brackets alone go for. I could probably retail the whole setup including the deutsch connectors and pins for $275-$300. There would be a lot of work writing instructions and wiring diagrams, and the end user would have a lot of work slicing and dicing the main harness. Still thinking about it though.....

thanks for the info on the bars. I just ordered a new set of apes that look similar to yours and I just wanted to make sure my choice to go with 1 1/4 tubbing was a good one.
as far as making the kits. i would be down for one of those. It would help me conquer my fear of wiring. keep us posted bra !!
Thanks guys, appreciate all the compliments! Means a lot! I'll keep you posted on whether or not I'm going to sell these. Gotta gather some funds and find time to do some wiring diagrams. Figure there's a 50/50 shot of getting this into production, at least on a small scale. I'd be able to powder pretty much any color, and chrome would be an option as well. I'll gather my thoughts on it and start a thread if I decide to pull the trigger.

Yes, but it's not a full dash relocation kit! The oil guage and speedo brackets have been around awhile. The idea was not mine, just the execution. Haven't come across another setup that incorporates all of the functionality of the stock dash, just much more compact and mounted out of the way. Plus, for about the same money, you'd get the bracket, speedo, LEDs, and switches plus wiring connectors, detailed instructions, and my cell phone number for customer service! Not just a bracket and oil guage.....
