hey guys just got me a harley again.had a street bob.i pick up my night train today.black pearl 2006 bone stock.2800 miles.i just finished removing reflectors.i was wondering if any of you have vances and hines bss if so can yall post pics i want to see how they look on the night trai.i had big radius on my street bob so i want something different.also other than ebay where is the best place to get a detachable sissy bar in black.i want my woman to ride and she wont without it.
The best place to get the sissy bar setup would be zanotti's or chicago harley. I was in your same boat. At first I boughta street bob, then I sold it and bought a train. I'm alot happier now.
hey thanks for the pic that is the look im going for love those pipes.as for the trouble maker pipes im wanting to stick with vance and hines.i just ordered them up.also i too am alot happier with the train over the street bob.its more pratical and alot more hwy friendly.on the bob with them mini apes you are a big flag so about 70 i started to shimy a little.btw how does the detachable sissy look on these bikes.do they literally come off or how do they work.i only want it for when she rides then it comes off.
In the pic below I have V&H Straight Shots with Velocity Hot Tips. The upright I have for my sissybar is the Wrinkle Black Low Medallion Sissy Bar Upright - Medallion Style
yeah the train rocks. you made a good choice. Even though I think the Bob felt better. I loved those mini apes. They were really comfortable. The drag bars hurt me...LOL.
