All I can say is wow, what a fvcking project! 'Bout 5 hours with most of it being prep work to get things ready to actually bolt the pipes on.
Here's some glamor shots:
Only 'oops' I had was not getting the crossover clamp rotated up enough and my first spin around the block, I couldn't down-shift since the linkage smacked into the clamp. A few take-offs in 5th gear to get back home, adjust the clamp and I hit the road again.
Oh, left the baffles in and LOVE the sound! Plenty loud. Sounds like a dragster.
Thanks all, I really love them. Makes quite a statement. I was on the fence about them about a year. Now, I'm sorry I waited so long.

You may have something with the nostalgic engine guard. I got the one I have purely in case I dump the bike and didn't want them to stand out. I'll check out those guards.

I don't know. I've photoshopped them on before and they look like *** with that red. Next on my project list, though, is new paint, so we'll see. (oh, and some DNA fat spokes)

Why photoshop! I know these pics are deluxes but white walls and some polished ss rotors would set it off. Chrome HD caliper covers look real nice too, I ran them for the last few years...cheap mod and looks great.
Just a suggestion though...ww's aren't for everyone.
