I have a 05 FLSTSCI.
I just purchased a set of 16" apes from JPcycles and I am looking for an appropriate cable kit that wont brake the bank.
Any suggestions.
I was thinking of using Burly Brand but they don't seem to have an exact fit.
I went through Magnum also. If you have the bars already, just mock them up on the bike and measure how many inches over the stock size cables you'll need. Don't forget wiring extensions
Thanks for the input guys. I think I'm going to use the magnums. I have been read more posts about them and the seem to be the next thing to oem hd parts
I purchased an expensive braided set recently, but I think you might want to consider a strong, braided cable. I would hate it if one of my wires snapped in two pieces.
