Yeah, I went from Short Shots on my Bob to ProPripe, and good performance, but waaaayyyyyy toooooooo quiet. They make a performance baffle for it that is supposed to be louder, I might look at that soon.

Damn--I got the same pipes for my Heritage (black 2 into 1) and they are way too loud. Actually hurt. 95 dbs at idle, even after putting in smartpartz baffles. Going to try the quiet baffles. And, until these, I thought I liked loud.

I went from short shots to a D&D low cat. Those short shots are just loud as hell. You gotta remember, any pipe longer than the short shots will sound quieter because the exhaust opening is farther away from your ears when riding. I didn't think my D&D was loud at all until I had someone else ride my bike, then I got to hear what it really sounded like. Also all the 2 into 1 exhausts I've heard are quieter on idle but open up sound wise nicely at higher rpm's

I love mine. As stated already, quiet at idle, but when you twist the throttle, its nice.
