Is your garage heated Jeepcj33? If it's not heated was there a great deal of condensation on and all over the bike? I went out about a month ago and my bike was dripping wet from condensation. I turned a space heater on and by morning it was dried off and out. Just food for thought. We all know that Harley+wiring+water or condensation=often a bad thing.

Default Water

Same happened to me last year. I put a nice big window in shed and it caused sorta of a greenhouse effect. I ended up making some home made vents on both ends of the building. Some scrap PVC pipe and window screen...Kept condensation off bike.
