The Rocker rear LEDs are a stupid 6v system with 3 wires, so when you do different LEDs in the rear you need to use not just a load equalizer but something to fix the signal running to the new lights that will only have 2 wires and will probably be 12v. Badlands illuminator does this and is a load equalizer. I did this at the same time as doing front LEDs and I did not need another equalizer for the front.
I found the Badlands Illuminator, Part # ILL-01-ROC Fits H-D: Rockers (for changing out OEM Rear Turn Signals only) up to 2010. is this the one that you installed? their website has a $127 price, crazy price!!!
I will..thanks. Worst case Ill get the Kuryakyn Part #4810 (the LE that comes with the mirrors) and is only $18.38 shipped. Ill just wanted something plug-in...but with these prices i will be paying more for the LE that the mirrors

Update... Badlands..Well, the rear lights on the Rocker has a module in them that makes them run/brake/turn because it has no regular center taillight. If you replace the front with LEDs you can use the load equalizer three hotwire. The plug in will not work, If you replace the rear lights you need to use the Illuminator. I called Rick at Badlands, the Rocker has an unusual lighting system and he knows it inside out. If I decide to buy the Badlands product I will need Part # LE-03 for the front or the Illuminator for front and back...
I bought my HD LED headlight from LSHD1 when they were running a free shipping deal $320 saved about $100 still a lot of $$ but I do Like It! I would try Ronnie's HD too
I talked to Badlands and I have two choices now...I can buy the Badlands M/C Products Load Equalizer III (Hardwire) LE-03 Harley Davidson and it will take care of the front turn signal problem for $60 or go with the Badlands Load Equalizer Illuminator Plug In for Rocker and take care of the front and if I decide the back turn signals and break light all for $115.
I like the option of the illuminator with all the extras and being plug in...but not the price.
I would go for the Load Equalizer III (Hardwire), better price but I don't have any idea of the wiring, I looked at the bikes owners manual and I don't see a diagram, look underneath the seat and just a lot of wires (don't know what to look for)....so I need help with the installation of the Equalizer III.
Or should I go with the illuminator?
Any other brands that work on a Rocker C and are plug in?
