Well, I disagree with the 21 argument. IMHO, its the idea that its a chrome spoke wheel with a white wall tire that matters, not the tires diameter. But that's just me.
Extended fenders are definitely part of it. And yes I agree 21 isn't a requirement. But spokes and white walls are a must. Black walls are frowned upon by the Lowrider community.
Well, I guess it's official and I am not or am I going to be a member of the "Vicla" club, which honestly kind of bums me out. I can't see me giving up my 16" wheels. I just think they make that bike. So, now I need to think of a new name for the bike I am going to have when all these winter mods are done. I will have everything but the wheels. Hmmm, maybe that does make me a wanna be!!! I have never been one of those but still .... I'm sticking with my 16's. It just rides SO awesome with the 16's and the suspension mods I now have. Well, let's do it guys. A new name for a new midwset style of bike. "Vicla" like but with 16" wheels. In all reality, I dance to the beat of my own drum. I am sure I am going to love my bike when I'm done, it's my bike, my money and I am sure I will be all grins from ear to ear and I also already know no one else has one, the Vicla style bike, around me. Even if they do show up they will have the 21 or 23 inch wheels and I will still be unique because I will still have my 16's on it!
What about extended fenders?? Does that make the list??
Oh, extended fenders are the icing on the cake!

Hmm, I guess this guy better give back the trophy:

That's one example. Trust me just like real Lowrider cars spokes and ww tires are all they run. Guys that run blackwalls on a car with spokes is generally made fun of. Just stating facts from someone that has been in it for over half my life. Just sayin
I have black rims , so white walls will look shitty , I am working on my bike to change the fenders, paint job and getting it slammed.. can you guys help me talk to someone to accept me ? maybe I can be a Vicla "Hangaround" ? LOL
Oh yes.. and I am in the market for Baby Cholos
