I like this clean. How and where did you put the coil at? Pics? I would love to do something like this would only want warning lights and a odometer not worried about the speed o meter
Wonder if you could get the speedo to work with the power vision tuner. I know u can recalibrate one with it.
If someone wants to let me borrow there PV tuner I can try it out and let you know. LOL

Yep, I chopped the stocker. Still have stock shocks with lowering bolts. I want to install a shotgun shock eventually, but won't be anytime soon.

I put my coil in front of the rear splash guard. Exile makes a kit or you can make your own. It cost me $20 for wires. I'm finding out that the odometer is a little off. About 10 to 15 miles per tank of fuel. Close enough for me though. Only going to use it for an estimate on when I need to service my fluids.

I found another thread of yours where you answered most of these questions, but I'm sure no one will mind bumping it back to the top to see the pics again.
Your fender chop looks a lot like the Slim front fender. I may go with that if I don't just say screw it and go fenderless. The good thing about your setup is the fender is almost invisible due to the color, so it's like the best of both worlds.
The Slim fender is what gave me the idea to cut mine. I was running fenderless for awhile with no issues. Still like the look without, but since the fender was taking up space in my garage I decided to make it usefull.
Nice BL. After adding apes this winter, I think I need to change my headlight. Stock light looks tiny on my BL.
Well it's a FB with a BL dash, but close enough.
