Ok bike is a 2013 Breakout. Local steelership don't even have an parts catalog yet. Owners manual is a generic softail maunual. Where would the first place be to get a shop manual?
Having owned both for different bikes, get the MoCo shop manual over the Clymer manual. Much clearer directions and better illustrations. The MoCo ones are a bit more expensive, but in this case you actually get what you pay for instead of it just being a mark-up due to the bar and shield being on it somewhere.
imo the clymer sucks,, get one from Ur dealer for Ur bike, if they don't have one yet then ask when they will have one..
Mine covers all 07 softails and it works fine,, they may not/probably don't have one for just Ur bike. But still its better then any other manual U can get..
I bought my MoCo manual off eBay as well if I recall correctly, it was either their or one of the discount HD dealers on the web, possibly St. Paul H-D.
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction MoCo. Online they only list 2012 no 2013's yet. I'm going to keep digging and make a few calls and see what I can find. I already ran into a problem finding the right spanner wrench to adjust the shocks. It seems the owner's manual is for general softails and part numbers are not correct or up to date. Not to mention my insurance company finally (this week after 35 days) got the correct model number. It wasn't listed in system yet. I guess it's just part of being one of the first with a new model.

Ur dealer should carry that spanner wrench for Ur shocks in stock. Just ask Ur parts dept for one.. They are not very much, Mine was $7-$8 back a few yrs.
Make sure you get the Service Manual, not the Owners Manual. Or you can get both of course. I doubt one is available for just the Breakout. It'll most likely be for all 2013 Softails.
You might want to call other Dealerships to see if they would sell and ship one to you. If they don't have one here's a link to a site where you can get the official Service Manual for $48. Just scroll down and find the 2013 Service Manual.
I was in the same boat when I bought my slim last year. I waited for the softail manual to get updated. Largely because of the updated wiring diagrams.
I'd wait if I were you until they add the breakout diagrams.
