It can't be emphasized enough how easy it is to strip out the threads where the clutch cable screws into the cover. I replaced my clutch cable with a longer one when I did PYO bars on my street glide, and stripped them out - spent an hour or so chasing down a tap and die set to fix the threads..

Take pictures after you take the cover off and before you touch anything. I put everything back EXACTLY the way it was. Plenty of guys on here have changed their clutch cables and ended up with problems. Oh and get a service manual before you start.
I just put a new clutch cable on. Took little under an hour. But that's because I've done it before. It's pretty easy. Just don't over look the exhaust gaskets.
one thing that vid didn't show.. make sure you break the cable loose BEFORE you take the cover bolts out. with the cover still bolted up you can break the cable loose with no problem and the cover will spin right off the cable after unbolting it and removing the "guts"..
