Does there happen to be one in your's or a neighbor's yard at this time? Rideable weather currently?
There's one not too far in someone's over-decorated yard - a miniature one (about 1/4 scale) - might be the same yard or a next door neighbor to the Santa on a bagger. Weather here is absolute crap, though - fog has been so bad you could barely see across the street, and temps are dropping a lot.

I haven't seen one (yet) but I figure my chances of seeing one of those is better than seeing a real one...
Weather hit 60° here yesterday and it looks to do the same today, although it may rain.
At 8AM here in Pittsburgh it's already 58°.
I took advantage of the weather yesterday to put up Christmas lights on the house but I don't think I can pass up an opportunity to take a ride on what may the last decent weather day I see for a while...
EDIT: Well.. so much for that.
About a half hour after this post the skies opened up, it's coming down in buckets and it's not supposed to let up until at least Saturday - when the temps are supposed to drop by at least 30-35°...
Appears the 5 day limit has passed for the sleigh pic. Shall we invoke the 'inclement weather' rule (paragraph 7, section 2c) and give it more time or should I issue a different challenge?
I don't know... I say we invoke the 5 Day rule from Easter to Thanksgiving and extend it out to maybe 15 days for the winter. I rode Thanksgiving then the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday after. Had such a small window of ridable weather each of those days and never saw a sleigh. Did ride for the Toys For Tots run on Sunday though. Then the snow and bitter cold set in. I'm waiting for another warm spell to get back out and think most other "players" are doing the same.

Your call, unfortunately neither option can change the weather.
Just spoke w a guy in MN, and it is 0 degrees there. It's 39 in the Houston area and we are all freezing. Gonna be 30 tonight and every one is in a panic to wrap and cover. Insanity...
Let's let it ride (pun intended), still looking for a sleigh. The interim challenge, issued in another thread, is the shotgun shock installation. Ragnar, Need to have pic of you serving her a beer, though.
