Cool, large body of water IE a large lake major river GOS and a short discretion of it like the below lake Ray Hubbard resevor and it's at 70% of its normal volume and there is a lot of nice homes built around its shore also one of my favorite stores bass pro shop
Now if I can find a trailer quick. I could get my bike over the 3 miles of ice covered roadway to a really 'cool' lake.
Unfortunately it is Lake Ontario, and right now its covered in ice for almost as far as the eye can see.
Besides it SNOWING again right now and they are calling for the temps to drop from a high of around 28 (yahoo its springtime).
To near or even below ZERO again tonight, with a bit more snow tomorrow.
Damn, I can't wait for summer, me and the bike are both suffering through a severe case of cabin fever.

Glad the weather is going to give this thread more life. Small world, the pic is of my dog sitting in my back yard overlooking Ray Hubbard. Lived in Chandler's Landing on the lake for several years before moving back to OKC. Sorry to hear it's only 70% capacity. Yep, that Bass Pro on the lake is awesome.

Couldn't agree more. While it will still be a good while before things turn good for us up here, at least some of you jokers are looking to better days soon. Our frost line is something around 7 feet right now. That's going to take a while to thaw...
... but maybe it will be warm enough soon to at least get out to the shop and put on the new emblems? Been sitting on them since about Jan 8th...
works for me I was not to far away from there the other day.
