Well... no joy on the beer delivery truck, but at least I got this far...

Old Man Winter can go around the corner and f*** himself. Streets were mostly clear, and temps were right at 32F. Ran through the old gas, and refilled with a fresh tank-full. The beast pulled really strong in this cold, heavy air. Still a long way to go to get clear streets and decent weather for long rides, but it's coming.

Little steps. Besides, aren't you supposed to be busy planning the next sail west to England for plundering and pillaging?

There is a thread here about the show and in it I believe Ragnar said that is where his forum name is from.

All in all, I'd rather be in Hawaii, just maybe not on this particular highway...

If the bitterness of this past few months had carried on any further, I may well have considered sailing somewhere for some wealth redistribution and reckless abandon. Would have been a hell of a party! My login name didn't come FROM the Vikings series, but did come from the same source that INSPIRED the series - Ragnar Lodbrok is the main focus of one of the Icelandic Sagas. If you look at my signature below, you'll note that the pair of Softails are named Huginn and Muninn - Odin's two ravens (memory and thought). Being half Swede, I've always kind of identified with my Viking roots. The other half is German - long history of kicking *** in my genealogical tree.

After I posted I realized that...I am considering an 'English as a second language' course to tighten up my writing.

Well, since I used that picture, next up, your bike in front of a dam...
Not just a small earthen levee or a spillway, I'm talking about a large, concrete structure for water control or power generation... and as always - w/GOS

Dang it, I have to learn to get pics w/GOS everywhere I go. I was just at Laughlin yesterday 1 mile away from Davis Dam.
