I'm pretty sure I nailed this one...
Polk County Courthouse No. 2 in Cedartown, Georgia.
For the record, I've never met Kevin, and we have at no time, nor in any way conspired to win the Softail Photo Game.
Also, any offer I might make to the buy the beer the next time he's out this way scouting Challange locations, should in no way imply that he's ever been out this way previously for that purpose, or that I would ever bribe anyone with beer in an attempt to gain an unfair advantage in future challanges.

It does look damning, but trust me, there's "not even a smidgen of corruption" here.
Next up: Your bike with an operating mobile food vendor: hot dog wagon, taco truck, construction site catering truck, even a guy along the side of the road selling Mississippi gulf shrimp out of the back of his pickup might work (wink-wink, nudge-nudge). The usual 'G-stuff' or something you bought from the vendor on the seat.

That's pretty dadgum amazing...When I posted the challenge, I did a google search for court houses and picked the first one I saw.

I'd like to propose a rule change:
The person who posts up the second (or runner up) photo in a challenge gets to call out the next challenge in the event that the challenge winner's new challenge does not have a winner in the 5 day time limit.
Example:
Bob wins, says next challenge by a VW
Joe comes in second
5 days pass with no photo by a VW
Joe issues new challenge by a Fiat
Should produce more cool pictures and reward people (sometimes) for trying. Should also keep it moving. What do you guys think?
