Sorry for possibly rehashing a common topic, but need advise on buying windshield for 2010 Softail Custom. Really enjoy riding without a windshield, EXCEPT when on open highway and during peak bug season in PA. I prefer smaller over bigger, and polycarbon over acrylic, but am open on both points. Ease of removal a plus, but not critical. Thanks in advance for any guidance.

 

Windvest. I have 3 sizes of screen depending on how far I am riding and how many bugs are around.

 

Just be certain it is a quick and easy detach model. That will allow you to take it off when not needed and restore that boulevard cruiser to the proper setup....

Second vote for windvest. Don't like the looks of larger windshield. Have a smoked colored 14" Windvest on my '98 Softail Custom and have had many people say it fits the bike and looks good.
