I just bought my bike on Wednesday. Was riding around over the weekend with it and had my daughter on the back. Took it on the highway, and the front end began to shake pretty violently. I was like WTF is going on?!?! Pulled over, checked the tires...began riding again, same thing at speeds over 55mph. I nursed it home, put it on my lift and low and behold the back tire was loose! I called my dealership just about 5 mins ago and told them what happenend. The manager said that they have been experiencing this and that it's a factory issue, and that MOCO is denying the problem exists. I thought that it was the rear axle nut not torqued correctly. The manager said that it's the spokes? They're sending a truck to come pick up the bike this morning to correct the problem. I'll let ya'all know the outcome....
Yep the rear spoke issue has been going on now for a couple of years. Waiting for the federal government to step in and FORCE the MOCO to fix the problem or a nice LARGE class action law suit.

So the Dealer is aware of a problem and don't test for it / fix it when assembling it / preparing it for sale and they try to blame the MOCO?
Glad you and your Daughter is OK, that is what is most important and I too have heard this story several times from different guys. One would think that, that is a pretty important issue to get right before you start putting the general public on a bike you manufactured. It's common sense. I have never been in a new car or heard of anyone else pulling out with lose lugnut's before!
I had exactly the same (Loose rear spokes) with my 2012 Deluxe after around 1,500 miles. The dealership squirmed with apologies and freebies, but it was the nearest I've been to death on two wheels.
How can the MoCo ignore this? Maybe it will take a death before something is done.
