Yeah just keep in mind that all they really do is adjust cables and change fluids. If you're having any issues outside of that you should let them know. Otherwise your bike is officially broken in!
I'd be a little skeptical that they do everything on that list and how closely they "inspect" areas. I did mine about a month ago. One of the checks on that list is "inspect the exhaust system for leaks". I had mine in the shop a week later with an exhaust leak. I know they did my primary, cables, fluids, etc.
I plan on doing most the work (unless it's warranty like the exhaust) myself from here on out. I used to have an indy that I went to but they went out of business. I was just recommended to another indy to go to on things I'm not sure about.
IMO, don't waste the money. I've done all the maintenance on my Softail since day one - only go the the dealer for warranty items (1 cable broke while on the road).
Paid $240+ recently for the 1K service on my new RK and they didn't fix what I brought it in for (noise). Turned around 2 weeks later and bought all of the fluids, o-rings, gaskets and filter from the dealer for my Softail for about $80.
I'm officially done with my dealers service department.
