If you have no air leaks, and you've adjusted the carb with no noticeable changes, then I might suggest an ignition issue of some kind. How do the plugs look if you run the bike for a few minutes and 3k rpms?

What would cause it to hesitate and almost like a misfire when I hold it wide open when it's cold and gets a little better once hot but still does it really bad???
Yeah I regret letting my efi night train go now. I'm definatly going back to fuel injection. I'm going to pick up a map sensor and new plugs and wires now and see what happens I've checked for vacuum leaks by spraying carb cleaner all over where it could possibly leak and I didn't find any leaks it idles kind of choppy I guess
