Well I bought a used Thunderheader and decided to wrap it. I definitely like the look. As far as heat reduction, feels the same as if I were using heat shields. One thing I didn't check before purchasing this pipe was the exhaust tabs. I noticed all four are bent. Anyone know of a way to bend them back to somewhat stock? This pipe definitely doesn't sound as loud as other THeaders on the road. I can also say that going from a Supermeg that I feel as if that Supermeg produced more power... Anyway just thought I'd share.

 

Ya but now your oxygen sensors will pick up on the extra heat and won't that change your ECM setting?? I love the look but that's why I didn't do it!

 

I believe the O2 sensors sense oxygen - not heat lol

 

 

My O2 sensors are sitting under my seat anyway. PC deletes the use of them from the exhaust.
