FINALLY!!! Whoda thunk?
I was having an issue with hesitation upon acceration. Mainly from a stop when I was really gettin on it. went through the carb, adjusted the hell out it checked the timing,looked for intake leaks. couldn't for the life of me figure it out. Anyway, last night the ol lady and I went for a 2 up night cruise and I felt the suspension bottom out a few times so today I decided to adjust the suspension after noticing my rear tire had some abnormal wear from hittin the fender. Well it turns out this was causing my hesitation. when I would get on the throttle the tire would hit the fender cuz it was at the softest setting causing it to feel like a fuel issue. well ya live and ya learn I guess. Im thinkin I can't be the only one that went through this since softails come this way from the factory. hope this will help someone else.
