I was thinking about checking out those new dual halogens they came out with on some of the new '14's...
It looks to be a simple, direct plug-in replacement, and this one will fit a Slim:

Ive got almost a full season on it with no issues, everything is good. Occasionally I forget to switch off the headlight when I start it and even with halogen aux lights it starts fine but doesn't crank as strong. Its a ton of light for $30...being seen is priceless.
