It's a butt plug so the dealer always can shove something up your ***.

 

Judging by the picture it certainly isn't for automatic bike washer

 

Well, I went and Looked at my 07. Yeppers there is one their like it also, but I'll be darned what its for.

While looking for U I did find out the if the charging plug for the tender from the battery touches Ur pipes, it will melt it.. At least it was only a little bit on the very end and will still work fine.
