When I bought my FatBoy last year I had the dealer put on the same risers with Deluxe handlebars so I can get a better reach. The added pullback really helped my short arms reach the controls. I really liked the feel and positioning but didn't like the look of the riser with the Nacelle. I recently removed that set up and installed the Chubby 508 RK bars to achive the same pullback and rise without the riser.

I looked in the Harley book and prices were $104-$165. E-Bat aftermarkets are $25-$75. For this application I can't see any differance. Anybody had any bad experience with aftermarket risers? I'm still kind of a purist with Harley parts andusually wouldn't do this but I really can't see any difference.

IMHO the round risers do look a little strange on the FB, the slotted ones are more flat in the front and don't look so odd but your right I too didn't like the look but I foundit gives you more room to stick on a tool bag that fits above the headlight and covers that empty space. My sig pic is stock. don't have any pics yet of the new ones.
